about_pesticide

The word “Toxic Residue”, according to the royal food convention (yr 2522), and announced by the heal ministry (case no. 153, yr 2538) defines the word to be “pesticide” or its variants, such as conversion products, metabolites, reaction products or poisonous contaminants in food.

The word “Pesticides” refers to “chemicals that are used to protect, kill, destroy, attract, fend off or control unwanted animals or plant-enemies, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, nematocides, fumigants, plant growth regulators, including chemicals used in the food manufacturing process. Starting with the growth of agricultural products, storage, transportation and selling. This includes chemicals used before and after harvesting to prevent deterioration during transportation.
